Fortune Chinese Restaurant in Hales Corners

They weren't answering their phone to take call in orders because "they were busy". After getting our food home, I found that my General Tso's Chicken had no batter on it. It looked and tasted like boiled chicken with barbecue sauce on it. It was Christmas night, so the 2 stars I gave it should be considered a gift.

The service was just awful. Our waitress had a bad attitude from the moment we walked in. Not even a smile. It took like 10 minutes for her to even come back to take our order. I asked a question and her answer was just a very vague answer. When we actually got our food, it was decent but lacking flavor. Our bill came and it automatically had a tip on it. I honestly wasn't going to give a tip because of how awful she was. She wouldn't even acknowledge my little one who happened to give her a compliment. The other waitresses there were very nice. Not ours.

Food was good. Big portions for the price! It was slow, but the server was still very attentive and polite. Peanut chicken was very flavorful and yummy! Perfect amount of spice. Visit this place!

This is a burger king again ! They got order wrong at drive thru. When we went back they were very good about it and gave us a extra sm fry for our trouble.

DO NOT patronize this restaurant!!! It's obvious they dislike people who are not of Chinese descent. Waitstaff is very rude and service is terrible! After receiving our food, the waitress never attended to our table to check on us. If we needed anything, we had to physically get up, walk over, and wait at the front counter to receive assistance. We were completely ignored even after we paid our bill and left.

Middle of the road Chinese food. Quality was good, but its a bit lacking in flavor. We ordered carry-out and it was ready slightly ahead of schedule. Prices are good and the quantity was decent.This would not be a go-to stop for me, but if you want something fast and cheap, this place works. I did like the flavor in the egg rolls.

They have the best Shrimp in Lobster Sauce that I've ever had (and it is my favorite Chinese meal). Hot and sour soup is great.

I've been here twice. Both time's a friend selected this "restaurant".1) this place does not look like or feel like a Chinese restaurant. 2) during colder months, expect NO heat! There is only a small space heater. Your food and tea will go cold within a couple minutes.3) I personally did not like the food. I've had better food at a "carry out" Chinese restaurant.4) we were the only customer's at lunchtime.THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!

Not as good as it’s sister location but still ok to come to if the other location is too packed. Mind as well go to a buffet too.

I had the misfortune of eating at this Chinese restaurant recently. The food itself was fine, not good, but fine. Unfortunately for me, my meal appears to have come with something extra - food poisoning. While one can never be certain, food from here is the only thing that I ate that others did not and I am the only one who got sick.

Those dumplings are perfection. 👌😀

We always order online. The food is fine. When you order online there is no way to track your order. No complaints.
